Was established in 1997 to satisfy a perceived need for support
for men who were affected by unemployment, marginalisation,
poverty and conditioning.
Became a Company Limited by Guarantee on Friday, the 28th
day of May, 1999.
Has a Board of 11 Directors drawn from founders, representatives
from supportive organisations who have been part of our work,
and representatives from the men's groups
Is core-funded by the Department of Social, Community and
Family Affairs.
Receives other funding by way of donations from a variety
of sources.
Employs four staff members.
Has an office at 30, O'Connell St. in Waterford, Ireland.
